The flowers turned out fine and arrived as expected, so no complaints there. I also added the little teddy because I thought it would make the gift feel more special, but it looked cheaper than I expected for what it cost. It did arrive with the order, but I kind of felt like I wasted that extra money. Next time I’d rather not risk paying more for an add-on that doesn’t really add much.

The flowers themselves were actually kind of nice, but they arrived looking messy. The box was crushed, and the wrapping felt really cheap, which made the whole thing seem less special. I wouldn’t say it was terrible, but I also wouldn’t say I was happy with how it showed up.

I had an issue with my order and was expecting it to turn into one of those long back-and-forth things, but surprisingly, it didn’t. I reached out to Bloomex.ca, explained what happened, and they got back to me fast, like, faster than I was bracing myself for.

They offered a refund and actually followed through without me having to keep chasing them, which I really appreciated. It just felt fair and straightforward, that makes a big difference when something goes wrong. Ended up being good customer service after all.

When I reached out to support, the replies felt a little vague, which didn’t exactly make me feel better. Maybe this was just a one-off or a busy period for them, but based on my experience, I’d be hesitant to order from them again unless I really couldn’t find the item somewhere else

I figured the ordering process would be straightforward, it was. The website was easy enough to use, and I didn’t run into any hassle getting through it. Pretty much confirmed what I already thought.

I ordered a plant from bloomex.ca and, from what I can tell, it came in great shape. I’m definitely not a plant expert or anything, but the leaves were nice and green, I didn’t notice any dry bits, and the soil wasn’t dumped all over the box. It looked healthy when I unpacked it, and it’s still doing well about a week later, at least so far. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I needed to move my delivery date after I’d already placed the order. They did end up changing it for me, but it took maybe 2 or 3 messages back and forth and a bit of waiting around for replies. In the end it worked out fine, just not the smoothest process

My Bloomex delivery arrived late, which was already frustrating, but the driver’s attitude made it worse. He barely said a word, kind of pushed the box at me, and seemed annoyed when I simply asked where I needed to sign. I get that delivery drivers are busy, but basic politeness doesn’t take much. When someone is receiving flowers, the experience should feel at least a little pleasant, not like you’re bothering the person dropping them off.

Driver brought it straight to the door and handed it over, simple as that. No messing around, no issues, just got my stuff and that was it.

Some of the petals had brown edges and a few of the stems were drooping right out of the box. I put them in water right away, but they only really lasted about two days, which was disappointing for the price. I’ve ordered from other flower delivery places before and the flowers usually look fresher and last longer, so this didn’t really measure up for me. I’d probably think twice before ordering from them again.

I got a gift basket from bloomex.ca it was nice overall. The snacks were fresh, and it looked really neat when it showed up, actually, the presentation was probably my favorite part. A couple of the items were a bit smaller than I expected, but I mean, it was still a sweet gift and definitely made a good impression...

I ordered a bouquet from bloomex.ca for my aunt’s birthday, and at first it seemed like everything would be simple because the one I picked was showing as available. I liked the look of it online, although I guess I shouldn’t have trusted the photo too much.

They called later to say some of the flowers weren’t in stock and that they’d need to substitute a few things. The arrangement my aunt received was still pretty, and she was happy with it, but at the same time it didn’t really look like the bouquet I chose, so I felt a bit disappointed even though it wasn’t exactly bad.

Delivery did arrive on the right day, which I definitely appreciated, especially for a birthday. I’d maybe order again, but also maybe not, because the flowers were fine, yet I wish the website was clearer about what’s actually available before you pay.
