"Disappointed First & Last time customer."
Placed an online order, and what my mother in law received vs what I ordered were 2 very different things. The bouquet she received was pathetic. No greenery, less than half the amount of flowers and instead of being pink and white, it was just pink. Never mind it looked like a 10 year old arranged the flowers. For the price I paid, I certainly expected much better. Will not use this service again.

"I phoned in and order for the mothers…"
I phoned in and order for the mothers day designers collection 1 small size with vase. My mother in law received a bouquet that was totally different from the picture. Not one flower was the same. I bought the vase instead of a flower box as I told the lady on the phone i didn’t want her to have to arrange her own flowers. She did not tell me that the flowers would not come arranged in the vase. Also the picture online showsthe largest size of bouquet with a discounted price and once Delivery and a vase was added to the smallest size it was more money for the price of the large bouquet they showed on line. I will never order through this website again I am very annoyed!

"Rip Off Merchants"
This was the worst experience of ordering flowers I've ever had. Tried to get them sent to my step mother in hospital. They outsourced to the post office and the flowers never arrived. Had to pay a redelivery fee which had to be organised over the phone. Service was absolutely incompetent. Then saw my credit card had been charged in US dollars even though the flowers were ordered in Australia. All their prices are in US dollars and not Australian dollars although they're careful not to make that clear. I feel like I've been completely ripped off. Can't believe this company is actually allowed to operate. Wish I'd checked the reviews first. Lesson learned.

"horrible service but nice flowers"
It allowed me to place an order for the next day in a rural area, then they called me the next day saying that it would need to go out the following day after that so I would be refunded the shipping costs. and then they never refunded me and have given me a lot of trouble on the phone.

Sent my mother VERY WILTED tulips for Mother's Day. Contacted via their chat on their website. The person, Nikita, asked how she could help. Politely explained that the flowers sent were terrible. Then she refused to communicate.

"Avoid at all costs!"
Very poor experience. I ordered a plantapalooza planter for my mother in law’s birthday. The plants were supposed to be in a basket. I placed an order a week in advance and paid extra for early delivery. However 5 minutes before the early delivery time was about to expire someone called me saying that they don’t have the planter but they can send her a basket of flowers of equal value. I agreed. I also asked them to refund me for early delivery and they just directed me to customer service. Anyways 2 hours later they delivered a box of wilted, half dead flowers. They were just wrapped and not in a basket as promised and definitely not the same value as my original purchase. It was really embarrassing. After calling customer service all they offered was a $20 store credit. But I have not bothered to order from them again. They lost my trust right from this one order. Now I order from a local florist. Even if it’s more expensive, the flowers and service is of much superior quality.

Ordered flowers for funeral they assured me they would be there next day for funeral, NEVER SHOWED!! I CALLED they said I was misinformed, I wanted to cancel and they hung up on me and now won't answer the phone. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

"Bloomex... Scam?"
Bloomex... Refund policy says if you cancel within 1 hour of ordering (within the same day), you will get a refund. I ordered the wrong item and cancelled within minutes. I got your generic 'scam-like' run around. They said they cancelled the order but couldn't confirm the refund and had to investigate... What exactly did they have to investigate? I ended up disputing the transaction with my Credit Card company. Any company that gives you a run around and doesn't abide by their Policies are likely a scam. Would not recommend. I was going to just cancel and order a different bouquet... I did not end up doing that lol... Also, I checked out some pictures of what was ordered vs what was delivered from other Bloomex reviewers, it's pretty bad. There was an article done by CBC "A handful of little carnations': Customers complain Bloomex's bouquets don't always arrive as advertised". Check it out. Do yourself a favor and call the local florist.

"Credit card Hijacked *beware*"
I ordered flowers for a family member who lives in Calgary, AB. I ended up needing to pay for a re-delivery so I emailed my credit card info to their address as requested by the update notification.

Flowers were nice and family member impressed (until delivery guy called saying he made a mix up and could they check the delivery card). Annoying but a minor inconvenience.

A couple days later I get a bank notification and check my credit card online to find 2 charges made not-in-person. Nearly $2,000 was spent at Orlando, FL and under $100 in L.A. And not by me!

I will not ever order from this company EVER again, and unless you want the hassle of cancelling your credit card, changing over your pre-authorized payments, & disputing fraudulent charges, you should AVOID this company and the crooks who work here.

If I could give a ZERO rating I would!

"WORST COMPAGNY"
WORST FLOWEER COMPAGNY I bought flower for over 300$ to members of my family . The flower was for a sympathy due someone decease in my family . I place à fews orders , they said this it’s was for be deliver order over the week end . I paid a ExTRA FEES for had then deliver in the morning on Saturday . I also confirm with them over the phone the day and the time do the delivery . Saturday morning they sent me a email me saying the adresses were OUT of their route on rural area ( NOT TRUE) and I would have to pay a extra 300$ for had them deliver . I called them the LADY who answer was VERY RUDE. She hang up on my face . I tried to call again no answer . I finally got a guy telling me about the policy and basically tried to BLAMR me for there MESS . HE. Told me they don’t can’t deliver in this area during week end . None of this crap is on their policy . WHY ACCEPT ORDER AND TAKE PEOPLE MONEY IF YOU CANT DELIVER At THE RIGHT TIME . SO my families WILL GET MY ORDER THIS WEEK 4 days later on THUESDAY MORNING . Which is not what I PAY . BAD COMPAGNY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICSS NEVER AGAIN . Oh and if nobody is at home during the week I would have to reschedule another day but once again PEOPLE WORK DURING THE WEEK BEST DAY FOR ME IS SATURDAY . That it BUT AFTER TAKE YOUR MONEY THEY WILL TELL YOU NON SENSE . DELIVER A DAY YOU NEVER ASK FOR AND ALSO THEY WILL DAY IF NOBODY THERE CALL THEM AGAIN SO THEY CAN GO BACK BUT NOT THE DAY YOU NEED. THOSEs are FLOWERS HOW MUCH DAY BLOOMEZ DO YOU THINK THEY CAN STAY ALIVE IN YOUR LIMBO NON SENSE DELIVERY. IM LIVING ABROAD I AM MOURNING SOMEONE DO YOU REALLY THINK I NEED YOUR MESS . NEVER AGAIN I WILL ORDER THERE

I couldn't pick nil stars, or I would have. What a joke of a company I ordered a gift hamper for my daughter in laws birthday, did it early even though on the website it says they do same day delivery in Australia. They phoned me on the day of delivery to tell me they couldn't deliver that day unless I agreed to pay another $20aus as they had to use someone else to do the delivery. I agreed to pay the extra just to get the order there for her birthday. Later in the day I received an email to say they couldn't deliver until the next day, even though they had taken the extra $20aus for the delivery. They did say that they were going to give me a complimentary upgrade of the order. REALLY, I had just paid an extra $20aus for nothing. Will never use them again. They have no idea how to run a business or look after people.

"Charged me but didn't do the job!"
This is the worst company I ever met. I ordered a flower delivery for celebrating my daughter's birthday on April 26,2023. I paid $165.95 on April 23rd. But there's no any delivery on 26th. When I called the company, they said no any record of my order. When I emailed them my credit transactions to show them that they did charged me but didn't do the job. Then the things started like, supervisor is not available, still no records, no address... DO NOT TRUST this company, it's a garbage company which only care money.

"Bloomex is nothing but all false advertising"
Bloomex offers premium delivery service (9 - 12 am next day) for a premium price. I paid for it and found out the actual delivery only happened in late afternoon. I complained to customer service and they said they subcontracted to some third parties and so don't have any control, but still charge me for premium service. To add insult to injuries, they delivered some cheap cheap flowers totally different from what I ordered on-line. I have pictures of what I ordered on-line with receipt; and picture of what was actually delivered as proof. The customer service said they could offer store credit, but what is the point of issuing store credits when customers are so pissed off and have already decided not to do business with you again...? I also have printout record of the conversation between me and the customer service, to fully detail how terrible and ridiculous this company is...My advice for everyone is "Avoid at all cost".
